ice cream Production
We produce our fresh and creamy ice
cream using authentic Italian ice cream machines, with absolute respect
for the ice cream's flavour, consistency and quality.
Our
ice cream is produced without unnecessary additives and with only 20%
air – which is the minimum necessary to make the ice cream rich and
creamy. Without added air, the ice cream becomes compact and hard.
Our
ice cream is manufactured by trained personnel in production facilities
attached to each individual store. Our ice cream manufacturers have an
early start every day – it's their job to prepare for the day's ice
cream production. Fresh fruit is made ready and the day's ice cream is
mixed. Our sorbets are made from fresh fruit and water, and our ice
cream is based on milk from Thrane Dairy. Ten minutes after the mixture
leaves the ice cream machine it's reached the counter and is ready for
sale.
Because we only make ice cream from fresh fruit purchased locally, our range can vary from store to store.
